Job Description
We're a busy Wichita family of five — two working parents and three kids (14, 12, and 10) — hiring an exceptional person to run the day-to-day of our household and provide light executive-assistant support for our work. This is not a housekeeping job and it's not a nanny job. It's a run-the-operation role for someone organized, sharp, and trustworthy who takes real ownership. What you'll own — household (the majority of the role): school pickups/drop-offs and activity shuttles for three kids (reliable, safe driving is a core requirement); meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking family dinners; laundry and household resets; running the home-maintenance routine — scheduling vendors, tracking recurring upkeep, keeping the punch list moving; errands; pet care and grooming/vet scheduling. What you'll own — assistant support (the smaller but important layer): calendar, scheduling, and follow-up support for a family real estate business; administrative support for a nonprofit one parent is involved with; light document work — printing, scanning, mailing, organizing.
