Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and warmth Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to documents Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading and mailing documents Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing, and general clerical support Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting client needs Maintain office cleanliness and organization to foster a productive work environment Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse clients and team members Exceptional attention to detail for proofreading, data entry, and record keeping Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous On The Job training available
Pay:
$12.50 - $13.00 per hour
