We are a family-oriented business with a fun, team-oriented and supportive work environment. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to company leadership and other members of our team. Company Administrative Support Provide administrative support to company leadership and other team members as needed. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and scheduling needs. Prepare, proofread, organize, and distribute correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations. Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up items, and internal company projects. Maintain organized electronic and physical files. Help coordinate company activities, special projects, and employee communications. Provide administrative assistance across departments as needs and priorities change. Handle confidential company and personnel information with discretion and professionalism. Personal Administrative Support Provide select personal administrative support to Bob and Tracey DeBruyn. Coordinate personal appointments, schedules, reminders, and correspondence. Assist with organizing and maintaining personal, financial, medical, and household records. Prepare or assist with personal letters, thank-you notes, and other correspondence. File and maintain personal documents accurately and confidentially. Maintain the DeBruyns' Fine Arts schedule and related information. Coordinate with service providers, medical offices, and other outside contacts as requested. Handle sensitive personal and medical information with the highest degree of confidentiality. The Master Teacher Weekly PD Program Support the ongoing development and production of The Master Teacher Weekly PD Program. Work closely with program authors, including Bob DeBruyn, Tracey DeBruyn, and James Rickabaugh. Serve as a liaison among authors, peer reviewers, the editor, and other internal team members. Coordinate the peer-review process and track materials, feedback, revisions, and deadlines. Type manuscripts and related program documents. Communicate regularly with contributors to help ensure assignments remain on schedule. Assist with proofreading, document preparation, recordkeeping, and other editorial coordination responsibilities. Maintain accurate files and status information for current and future program content. Skills and Qualifications Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and requests from different individuals. Sound judgment and the ability to work independently. Professionalism, adaptability, and a service-oriented approach. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new systems and processes. Strong proofreading and document-formatting skills. Previous administrative support, project coordination, or editorial support experience preferred. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Three or more years of relevant administrative support experience preferred. Experience supporting multiple individuals or coordinating editorial projects is a plus.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
