Job Description

Job Overview Southeast Kansas Respite Services (SEKRS) Part Time Administrative Assistant for Small Non-Profit Agency SEKRS welcomes resumes for the position of part-time administrative assistant. This position will serve as assistant to the program coordinator and will work 5 - 10 hours per week.
Job duties include:
30% Data entry using Excel and Quickbooks. 30% Contact applicants, referrals, staff members and service providers to gather required documentation and assure compliancy to regulations. 30% Filing agency documentation for representative payee and respite programs. 10% Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated organizational ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills- written, oral, and, interpersonal. Minimum of one year of experience working in an office environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to be bonded.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Experience with Representative Payee services. Knowledge of HCBS programs. Experience as a guardian or working with guardians. SEKRS is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
