Salary Range:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Professional Work Environment Snacks and Coffee Requirements At least 3 years of experience in office administration or executive support roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based file management systems. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage sensitive information with complete discretion. Previous experience with industry-specific database software is highly preferred. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations to ensure our Wichita location runs smoothly and efficiently. Provide direct support to the management team, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and document organization. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are up to date and secure. Coordinate office supply orders and vendor relations to ensure we always have what we need to succeed. Assist in organizing internal meetings, company events, and team building activities that keep our culture vibrant.
