Position Summary :
With ministry direction, The Missions and Family Life Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and managing tasks related to Missions and Family Life initiatives.Responsibilities:
The Missions and Family Life Administrative Assistant will perform various tasks but not limited to the list below: Missions- Assist in planning the annual Missions celebration.
- Maintain records of Partners
- Serve on Missions Leadership Team
- Co-ordinate short-term mission trips, including handling financial aspect.
- Manage and communicate with missionaries to recommend dates for trips, follow partners' procedures on trips, participate in missional activities, in-country costs, etc.
- Provide administrative support to Missions' Director developing, planning, and implementing the department's vision and projects.
- Assists in the coordination of communications for the department.
- Maintain a church-wide calendar for mission and outreach activities.
Spiritual:
Has accepted Christ as his/her Savior and will accept the Central Christian Church 8-point statement of faith.Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.Required Knowledge:
- Proficient in Office 365 and database management.
- Experience in servant leadership, strong analytical, strategic planning, strong communication skills, ability to work well with leadership, goal-planning, multi-tasking, flexibility, time management, organization, attention to detail, accuracy, critical thinking, problem solving, consensus builder, and passion for mission-driven work.
Experience Required:
- Administrative experience
- High degree of professional integrity
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to details.
- Organized and efficient in personal time management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess proven communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
Primarily office environment with the ability to engage in the community as required.Physical Requirements:
The ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, bend, reach, grip, climb, push, pull, or carry for a duration of time. Ability to lift 25 pounds. The ability to use fine motor skills including tactile while performing a task .Pay:
$13.00- $15.
