Summary of Job Duties:
This position addresses the need for administrative record-keeping and efficient office management. The Administrative Specialist III will assist the director in conducting day-to-day activities that coincide with program objectives to monitor the program budget, monitor Extra Help student workers, process requisitions for supplies and travel, maintain an organized filing system for program records, and reserve meeting rooms for workshops and trainings.Qualifications:
Formal Education - Bachelor's of Science degree in business administration or a similar field, plus three (3) years of experience in administrative support or a specialized field. Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong communication, data management, and organizational abilities. Data entry, recordkeeping, and file management are also required. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines, complete basic arithmetic, and have report preparation skills.Additional Information:
