Job Description

Resident Services Coordinator (Full-Time) The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resident services for the Lodge and Village communities, supporting prospective and current residents, assisting with staff scheduling, maintaining resident records and billing, coordinating transportation, and helping organize community events. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills while supporting a faith-based senior living community dedicated to compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Coordinate resident services for the Lodge and Village. Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and their families. Conduct resident interviews to determine appropriate placement and changes in care needs. Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and move-outs. Address resident and family concerns and facilitate resolutions. Assist with staff scheduling and supervision for the Lodge. Maintain resident files and documentation. Support resident billing and coordinate with the accounting department. Arrange transportation for residents. Help plan and coordinate community events. Participate in weekend and holiday rotations. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree

  • Social Work, Business Administration, Nursing, Health and Human Services.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in senior living, healthcare, social services, or residential communities. Administrative experience, including record management and billing. Scheduling and staff coordination experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems. Compassion, professionalism, and respect for older adults. Ability to work collaboratively in a faith-based, mission-driven environment. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is compassionate, highly organized, and enjoys building relationships with seniors and their families. They are comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with direct resident interaction and are committed to providing exceptional service in a collaborative, mission-focused environment. Schedule Normal scheduled hours
  • 7:30 AM
  • 4 PM 40 Hours per week Weekend Rotation
  • 1 weekend every 4 weeks.
Holiday Rotation We are a healthcare facility so we are open 365 days per year. Some special events and inclement whether may require hours worked outside of normal scheduled hours.
Pay:
$45,000.00
  • $60,000.
