Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations of the business. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including daily office tasks, bookkeeping support, customer communication, scheduling, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally Maintain organized filing systems and company records Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments Prepare reports, documents, spreadsheets, presentations and correspondence Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence Assist with event planning, trade shows, and farm promotions Bookkeeping & Financial Support Enter and maintain financial records accurately Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports Work with accounting software and financial spreadsheets Requirements Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred Bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic accounting software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software experience Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt in a fast-moving work environment Compensation & Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off
