Day Shift Job Description We are seeking a detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support accounting, HR, and timekeeping functions in a rural nursing home environment. This position requires accuracy, organization, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. Training is available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Credit card reconciliation and statement review Receipt tracking, organization, and documentation Administrative support for Human Resources (HR paperwork, employee files, onboarding support) Timekeeping and payroll support (reviewing timesheets and entries for accuracy) Data entry and record maintenance Professional interaction with residents' families, staff, and vendors Maintain confidentiality of employee, financial, and facility records General office and administrative duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Organized, reliable, and accurate Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, timekeeping systems) Ability to handle confidential information Willingness to learn and be trained Preferred Administrative, clerical, HR, payroll, or bookkeeping experience Healthcare or nursing home experience Familiarity with timekeeping or payroll systems Work Environment Healthcare / Skilled Nursing Facility Fastpaced office environment Frequent interaction with staff and families Benefits Onthejob training provided Stable daytime schedule Supportive team atmosphere Opportunity to build administrative and HR experience in healthcare
