Mill Administrative Assistant Pay Rate:
$48,300 - $67,000 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
Purpose:
The EHS Administrative Assistant position reports directly to the EHS Manager and provides administrative support to the EHS department as well as the Logistics/Traffic area.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide clerical support to the EHS department; organizing, tracking, reviewing and filing safety documents including; lockout forms, confined space entry forms, 5S forms, etc. Assist in meeting planning/execution. Assist during operations outages by helping manage contractor check in/out, provide lockout support and serve as confined space attendant duties as well as fire safety watch duties. Perform various administrative tasks to verify accuracy of raw material weights and research associated discrepancies. Correct issues listed on the Mill Exception and Event Log/Verify manual entries performed at scale house. Complete safe work observations and serve as administrator for observation tracking tool.
Key Accountabilities:
Must be able to work in an industrial environment. Must be able to climb stairs, lift various office materials and walk or stand or extended periods of time. Computer viewing approximately 75-80% of the time. Individual must be able to wear all required safety equipment. Must be willing to travel locally to pick up food, supplies, etc.
Key Knowledge and Experience:
High school diploma Ability to type 50 words per minute Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) required. With an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets. Experience with documentation and control systems. Strong organization, follow-up and communication skills.
