Job Description
As a Guest and Staff Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company at our Central Office in Shelbyville, KY. Your primary duties include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests, assisting with training events and coordinating front-desk activities. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED required Experience in data entry and handling multiple tasks preferred Previous experience in purchasing and accounting is preferred Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)COMPENSATION
Hourly rate begins at $17.33 and varies on a candidate's level of experience.BENEFITS
