Job Description
Overview The Administrative Assistant is accountable for implementing specific work projects and for performing administrative tasks relative to the operation of the Hospital or Clinic. Responsibilities Responsible for assisting employees with personnel and labor relations matters. Compile data that is relative to the various components of the Clinic and assist in the interpretation of this data. Perform various administrative, special projects and personnel duties as assigned. Assist in the preparation of various reports as necessary and review reports received by the Administrator to ensure accuracy. Administer the payroll function for employees. Review with physicians CPT Coding as it relates to charges and collections. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor degree in business administration or relate discipline preferred; or Associate Degree with two years experience administration, preferably in a clinic/hospital; or. High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five (5) years experience in administration, management, or business related fields, preferably in a hospital environment.
