Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Vendor Clerk to support invoice processing and vendor communication for a fast-moving services organization in Kentucky. This contract opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys keeping records accurate, following up on outstanding items, and working across teams to keep billing activity on track. The person in this role will help ensure vendor documentation is complete, issues are addressed promptly, and daily administrative tasks are handled with consistency and care.

Available ShiftsWe currently have openings on the following schedules:11:30 AM - 8:00 PM2:30 PM - 11:00 PMResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain productive working relationships with vendors by providing timely, clear communication.

Record conversations, updates, and follow-up activities accurately in company systems to support clear documentation.

Monitor pending invoices and missing paperwork, then follow up to obtain required information within expected timeframes.

Partner with internal teams to investigate vendor questions, resolve discrepancies, and support effective issue resolution.

Check incoming documents for accuracy and completeness before submitting them for processing.

Organize files and communication history while adhering to established procedures for tracking and follow-up.

Recognize urgent matters, escalate them appropriately, and direct inquiries to the correct team members or leaders when needed.

Assist with additional administrative tasks and special assignments as business needs require.
