Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Bastrop is Currently Seeking an Experienced and Motivated Administrative Assistant to Join our Team! We are excited to extend services in this area to those in need! Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the Administrator. Organizes meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders for leadership activities. Prioritizes emails and phone calls while coordinating Administration activities and daily tasks. Gathers documents and prepares materials for meetings and executive functions. Provides high-level administrative support to the Administrator by managing administrative responsibilities, allowing the Administrator to focus on organizational decision-making and strategic initiatives. Provides leadership in planning, organizing, and controlling the work effort of the Administrator by minimizing lower-level administrative tasks. Maintains strict confidentiality regarding organizational and personnel matters. Performs minor accounting duties, including coding invoices and compiling expense reports. Experience Required:
Education:
High School Diploma required. College coursework in Business, Human Resources, or Project Management preferred.
License:
None required.
Experience:
One (1) or more years coordinating Business, Human Resources, or Project Management activities preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Effective verbal communication skills. Analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions. Proficient knowledge of PC computers and Microsoft. Basic understanding of business scheduling and coordinating events.
