Testing Facilitator

We are looking for short-term Testing Facilitators in Franklinton, LA! The role of a Testing Facilitator. Perform various professional and technical tasks to support the administration of state testing Perform his or her work under the distraction for the school district's full-time administrator or other designee, who has ultimate responsibility for designing and implementing testing program services. Follow oral and written directions provided by district Maintain student and school personnel confidentiality Report inappropriate student behavior to the school district designee Specific information about the Kelly® Education / University View Academy Testing Facilitator role.

Project Dates:

Orientation with Kelly Education (VIRTUAL)

• You will sign up for a session upon hire/rehire General Training Meeting with UVA (VIRTUAL)
• Friday 5/1/26 at 4pm Site-Specific Training with UVA (VIRTUAL)
• Friday 5/1/26, time TBD by each Site Coordinator Testing Week & Hours
• Monday 5/4/26 through Thursday 5/7/26 from 7am
• 2pm Pay Rate
• $25/hour for training and testing administration 7 hours of work guaranteed each testing day (Monday 5/4 through Thursday 5/7 from 7am
• 2pm) If facilitators are dismissed by staff, they are paid the full 7 hours. If facilitators leave at their own will, they are paid for the hours they worked. Minimum requirements : Education
• HS diploma or equivalent Fingerprinting
• UVA requires a district-specific full-scope fingerprinting background check If the background check does not pass, candidates will not have the opportunity to contest due to the short nature of this project Candidates are responsible for the up-front cost and will be eligible for reimbursement upon hire.

Please note, if you were fingerprinted for testing in 2025, you will need to complete fingerprinting again for 2026 testing. Ability to read, write, speak English Candidates will need a Google email address to successfully complete UVA trainings online Ability to stand and walk (actively monitoring students testing) for the duration of shift each day Candidates must be technologically competent Ability to follow written instructions and protocols Temporary employees will be required to leave phones in vehicles or in a bin onsite prior to entering testing room Perks you'll enjoy as a Kelly® Education tutor .
