In this vital role, you will serve as the central point of contact for our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational and customer service skills will help maintain a seamless workflow across all service operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and technical expertise in servicing directional drills, trenchers, and other compact construction equipment while supporting a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Manage service desk operations, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with friendly professionalism Handle multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and routing them appropriately Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information in various software systems Coordinate appointment scheduling and calendar management for service teams and clients Assist with adminstrative tasks using Intellidealer software to build quotes and track invoices. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies, proofreading service notes, and maintaining office organization Requirements Must have some background in a technical service role. Previous technician is a plus. Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with Intellidealer software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions across multiple channels Previous experience with front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, or personal assistant roles preferred Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry accuracy, and document management, ability to use AI as a tool is a must!
Pay:
$19.00 - $26.00 per hour
