Job Description

Job Summary Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented temporary administrative assistant to support the Legal Affairs and Risk Management departments. The primary duties include data entry, records management, and general administrative support. Work assignments may vary from day to day, so flexibility and a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks is essential. Responsibilities
  • Data entry and updating spreadsheets or internal records
  • Filing, scanning, and organizing electronic and physical documents
  • Assisting with records retention and file organization projects
  • Maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • General administrative support as needed
  • Coordinating with staff across departments to complete assigned tasks Required Qualifications
  • Some college required; college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience scanning, filing, and copying
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing daily tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUGSCREEN
ASSIGNMENT MAY LAST 1-2 YEARS
Pay:
$22.50 per hour
