The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Assist in daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments. Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow. Qualifications Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in administrative duties with experience in office management preferred. Experience with phone systems and handling multi-line phones effectively. Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation. Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
