Job Description

The Louisiana Academy of Performing Arts is currently accepting applications for the position of Administrative Assistant at our Mandeville campus. This is a full time position (40 hours weekly).
The successful candidate will have:
Outgoing and upbeat personality with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Passion for organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently 1-3 years experience in a customer-facing role (account management, customer service, or sales) Able to quickly learn new software and comfortable with Microsoft Office Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs Sales, Hotel, or Restaurant experience is preferred
Hours:
40 hours/wk
TU-TH 1 PM - 9 PM, FRI 12
30-7:30 PM.
SAT 8 AM-5 PM.
