Filing, typing, copying, mailing, organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments as requested.
Maintain plant electronic filing system.
Prepare Bill of Ladings, load list, Pro-labels for shipments.
Create, Track, & Issue purchase orders for plant supplies, maintenance, and office supplies.
Invoice Processing•Logging and GL Coding, Scanning, and Uploading for AP invoices.
Log Daily scrap bale reports into tracking system.
Weekly Cycle Counts•Issue & Track for packaging supplies, glue, and paper inventorySafety Tracking•Collecting and logging Safety Inspections, Forklift, PPE, HazRec, Machine Guarding, etc.
Administrative Projects•manage multiple projects, refreshing JSA's, LOTO, SDS, etc.
Assists with monthly physical inventory•process data entry for the Monthly inventory report and worksheet for physical paper count, data entry from paper tracker to inventory report for paper & Glue purchases, Finish Goods, and pounds shipped.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
CSR Backup•cross train to act as back up for CSR and other administrative roles.
Any other duties assigned by Plant Manager.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.90•$23.35 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.Summary:
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. We rely on their decision making and judgement to provide creativity in accomplishing goals. They are responsible for confidential and time sensitive data. They should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.Essential Functions:
Answer telephones in a courteous manner, routes calls, take messages, answer routine inquiries and provide general information, greets, and directs visitors.Filing, typing, copying, mailing, organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments as requested.

QualificationsEducation:
High School diploma or GED, with degree from accredited school preferred.Experience:
Minimum 1 years of progressive administrative experienceDemonstrated ability to exercise confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Teams, Outlook 365Working knowledge of an ERP system (Order Entry) and D365 beneficial not requiredWorking knowledge/reading of fractions to decimals and vice versa.
