Job Description

Hargrove Roofing & Construction is looking for a friendly, organized Office Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly. This person will be a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and team members while supporting a variety of front desk, administrative, and office tasks in our Shreveport, LA office.

Office Manager Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors, answer phones, and provide helpful front desk support. Enter leads, maintain records, and assist with day-to-day office administration. Prepare marketing folders, homeowner communications, warranties, and other office documents. Help keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly each day. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems. Dependable, professional, and enjoys helping others.
Work Environment:
This is an office-based role in a busy, team-oriented environment with regular interaction with customers, visitors, and coworkers. Overall, this is a great time to get in with us in Shreveport.
