Administrative Assistant West Monroe, LA Pay Rate:

$20.00•$22.00 per hour

Your organizational skills and upbeat energy make you the go-to person everyone counts on. What You Bring to the Table. Basic understanding ofaccounting principles(AP experience preferred) Strongorganizational and multitasking skills Ability toadapt and learn quicklyin a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong communication and problem-solving skills From Clock In to Clock Out. Assist withAccounts Payablefunctions, including invoice processing and payment support Support inventory management, tracking materials, and maintaining accurate records Provideadministrative support, including coordinating with vendor and client portals Order and managecomputers, equipment, and field supplies Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy across systems Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors Participate incross-trainingacross multiple accounting and administrative functions We Take Care of the People Who Get It Done.
