Robert Half Administrative Assistant Feeding Hills, MA Apply Description Our client in Feeding Hills, MA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional service to both staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies inventory. Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks as needed. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Support overall office efficiency and help create a positive work environment.Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Professional demeanor and a helpful, can-do attitude. Requirements- Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls professionally.
- Familiarity with office operations and administrative processes.
- Exceptional data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage receptionist duties and create a welcoming environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
