Key Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older Availability must include weekends and holidays Strong customer service and communications skills Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to work both independently and part of a team Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Key Responsibilities for

Key Holder Training Management Pathway:

Help ensure compliance with all local and state alcohol sales regulations, including ID verification Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness Learn inventory management, ordering, and product rotation procedures Handle cash register operations and basic cash management Support store management with supervising staff and coordinating tasks during shifts Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed

Schedule Requirements:

Flexible availability for day and evening shifts Must be available weekends and holidays as these are the busiest times Part-time and full time positions available

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
