Full Job Description Performance Responsibilities:
Works with School, Town Departments, external educational organizations, families and media under the direction of Administration.

Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls; answer and/or refer inquiries to appropriate parties for action.

Data entry assist with maintaining existing school/department related information, materials, databases, files, forms, records according to established procedures.

Locate and withdraw information from electronic records, databases and files.

Support student enrollment/withdrawal functions.

Compile and review information, materials, files, forms records, etc. prior to distribution to students, staff, parents and outside organizations.

Assist by typing memos and other school/department related correspondence/documents.

Assist with coordination, if applicable; announcement, events, ceremonies, and field trips.

Assist with mailings, prepare school materials, and proper disposal of sensitive documents.

Fax, file & photocopy.

Receive and distribute incoming mail to appropriate individuals.

Operated standard office machines and equipment.

Knowledge of PowerSchool and google platform preferred.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal, Assistant Principal and/or by the Superintendent Each clerical position will have individual tasks related to each performance responsibility.
