Job Description:
_ The Executive Office Administrative Intern will work closely in providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the EEA Secretary's Executive Team. This position will be exposed to the inner workings of EEA's Executive Office, experiencing firsthand the process behind critical policy decisions and agency actions. Major focus on constituent engagement, preparation of briefing materials for the Secretary, and operational support. _
Job Duties:
_
  • Binder/Material Preparation.
  • Constituent Services (Drafting Letters, Transcribe VM).
  • Assist in drafting Weekly Reports.
  • Event Planning and Support.
  • Policy/Capstone Project _
Preferred Qualifications:
_
  • Interest/knowledge of energy and environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to write effectively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and also collaborate as a team player.
