Some flexibility with hours and days Position Overview The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Office of the Dean at a university. This role manages complex scheduling, coordinates communications, prepares leadership materials, and ensures the efficient operation of the Dean's Office. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organization, discretion, judgment, and communication skills while handling sensitive information and competing priorities in a fast-paced academic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the Dean's complex calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve competing priorities to maximize the Dean's time and effectiveness. Prepare concise meeting overviews, agendas, briefing materials, and other documents to ensure the Dean is well prepared for meetings and engagements. Qualifications Proven experience providing high-level administrative or executive support, preferably in a university, academic, or professional services environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities.
