What You'll Do You'll play an important role in supporting the team and delivering an exceptional experience for clients.
Responsibilities may include:
Coordinate appointments, property showings, inspections, and meetings Manage calendars, schedules, and important deadlines Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate transaction documents Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, and other vendors Maintain accurate digital files, databases, and transaction records Assist with MLS listings, property information, and listing updates Help coordinate marketing, social media, and community outreach initiatives Follow up on outstanding items and help keep transactions moving forward Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and internal processes Provide outstanding customer service and help ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout the process Who We're Looking For The right person is organized, dependable, resourceful, and proactive. Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports Buy materials for the office when necessary
Qualifications:
