Job Description

SUMMARY:
To provide leadership and support to all administrative staff to promote efficiency and accuracy and excellent customer service to our patients and a positive patient experience to the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years experience in related field Excellent phone and face-to-face customer service skills Excellent communication skills with attention to details both verbally and in writing Ability to work independently and take initiative in the absence of management Good judgment and problem-solving skills Possess good organization skills and time management Ability to develop and train administration staff new processes to promote efficiency and patient experience
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or preferably Associates Degree in related field 71sHkofWot
