Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Positive customer service skills Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Proficient use of applicable technology Attention to detail, time management and ability to multi - task Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds Essential Functions and Primary Duties Scan paper documents and convert them into electronic files Assist with general administrative support Open, sort, distribute, and process incoming mail Prepare, meter, and postmark outgoing mail Make post office runs as needed Set up and clean up lunches and meetings Provide front desk coverage as needed, including greeting visitors and answering/directing incoming phone calls Assist with filing and document organization
