Create Sales Orders from customer Purchase Orders as product is received via US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx or customer delivery : Create Invoices from paperwork completed from the operators : Create US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx shipping documentation (done on webites with computer) Interface with shop ? the laser area Quality Inspection, some jobs need a person to check that all parts are processed Organize materials that are used on the floor so they are stocked properly General Office duties: Answer the telephone when others not in the office Take message or get person Filing ? Customer and vendor Complete projects assigned
  • Business files that need upkeep
  • Pull old files and place in long term storage boxes
  • Other similar tasks note: These will be ongoing and the GM will provide direction These tasks will be introduced sequentially so that a new person can learn them ?
but not all at once. The goal is to organize and keep organized the office and files we use all the time. We expect this person to work 25 ? 30 hours per week. The hours are flexible but plan around 10am to 3pm as a start. We can accommodate personal needs such as certain days or certain times.
