Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents. Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical). Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management. Order office supplies and manage inventory. Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
