Position Overview A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources department and executive leadership team. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining additional experience in Human Resources and executive administration. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and executive leadership. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Arrange travel and prepare itineraries as needed. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other business documents. Take meeting notes and distribute follow-up action items. Process expense reports, invoices, and administrative paperwork. Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support new hire onboarding by preparing offer packets, onboarding documents, and orientation schedules. Enter and maintain employee information within HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Coordinate company meetings, leadership events, and special projects. Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, candidates, and external business partners. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information. Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, human resources, executive assistance, or office management. Experience supporting executives or senior leadership preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
