This role supports day-to-day operations, process organization, onboarding/offboarding support, and special projects. Responsibilities Manage training requirements and support onboarding/offboarding Coordinate meetings and conference arrangements Standardize and organize administrative processes Proactively manage complex calendars (anticipate conflicts, manage priorities, adjust schedules as needs change) Answer phones and manage inbound communications Book travel and create itineraries Process expense reports/vouchers Escort visitors (as required by site procedures) Process electronic shopping carts and PCard purchases Maintain office supplies Enter timesheets File and maintain paper/electronic records Process internal administrative forms and documentation Ideal Candidate A mature, personable, and responsible contributor who can work independently and collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks accurately. Strong communication and organization skills are essential. This position requires handling sensitive and/or classified information.
