Secretary To ensure accurate documentation andanizational records
Responsibilities:
Record minutes for all board andmittee meetings Maintain updated records of bylaws, policies, and board members Ensure proper notice and documentation for meetings Join our monthly board meeting (typically in the evenings and 1.5 hours long, but we set a mutual time that works for everyone) Here is our board member agreement that goes into further detail of what is expected. Our Annual Meeting is on Tuesday May 12, 2026 and terms are for one year. This is a volunteer position.
