Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced school environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, families, and community members.

Proficiency with office technology and software, including Google Suite tools preferred.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Experience with student information systems (such as PowerSchool) preferred.

Ability to maintain school website and assist with school newsletter.

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching; lifting and carrying materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds; and transitioning in and out of a seated position throughout the workday.

Oversees the daily attendance process, ensuring accurate record keeping, timely data entry, and communication with families and staff regarding attendance-related matters.

Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Principal.
