Compensation Hourly rate:
$24.00 Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager with routine office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations. Manage data entry and update property management software efficiently. Draft memos, prepare reports, and handle correspondence. Respond promptly to phone inquiries and communicate effectively with tenants. Print, file documents, and scan invoices for proper record keeping. Enter and follow up on work orders to vendors, supporting property maintenance. Attend meetings and accurately record notes and minutes. Coordinate follow-up activities with vendors and tenants as needed. Requirements Proven experience in an office administrative role (1-2 years preferred). Strong proficiency with MS Office suite. Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a small team environment. Previous experience with Yardi property management software is a plus; training available if necessary.
