Position Overview The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication across the firm. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional services environment. Key Responsibilities Manage reception duties, including phone coverage and greeting visitors Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence Draft client engagement letters and assist with document preparation and revisions Support the Marketing Director with ad hoc marketing tasks Organize internal meetings, including lunch-and-learn sessions Assist with travel arrangements Liaise with building management and service vendors (e.g., copier maintenance) Handle electronic court filings (e-filing) Notarize documents (or obtain notary certification; firm will cover related costs) Maintain office supplies and manage subscription orders Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in an office environment (law firm or professional services experience preferred) Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Word Styles preferred (or willingness to learn) Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated work ethic, reliability, and ability to support both administrative staff and attorneysSimilar remote jobs
