Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

Love working with children? Want to make a difference? SocialPlayGroup is a private company provides ABA services to children with ASD and other disabilities. This is a hybrid position requiring 50% in-person, and 50% remote.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct assessments/ FBA / Behavior Intervention Plan Attend and conduct all scheduled overlaps/supervisions Collaborate with staff and implement ABA programs and protocols during sessions. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Attend team meetings, and staff meetings as scheduled. Create monthly session plans Assist with assessments, program materials, or other responsibilities as needed Provide training/supervision to RBTs/Clinical supervisors

Qualifications:

Valid certification of

BCBA/LMFT/LCSW

Ability to provide and/or obtain negative TB test results and up-to-date immunization records Valid California Driver's license and proof of insurance and reliable transportation with clean record Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds Ability to clear
