Overview Seaport Dental Associates, a privately owned dental practice with two locations (Boston, MA and Milton, MA), is seeking a skilled Dental Front Desk administrator to join our dynamic team in our Milton location. We are searching for an

front desk administrator looking to join a fun and close-knit team, focused on emphasizing team outcomes over individual tasks. Responsibilities:
Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Checking in patients. Clear communication with patients via phone, email, and texts, while setting realistic and accurate expectations. Managing clinician schedules with a focus on productivity and efficiency. Verifying and documenting accurate insurance benefit information. Your dedication to efficiency and customer satisfaction will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to high-quality dental care. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is critical.
Qualifications:
Previous
DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
(minimum of 2 years). Exceptional communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask. Superior Customer Service skills. Impressive Organizational skills.
