Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$20•22/hour

Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established private office in Needham, MA, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their close-knit team. What You'll Do Provide general administrative support to various departments Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Welcome visitors and serve as a professional first point of contact Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Assist with special projects and office-wide initiatives as needed Support overall office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workplace What We're Looking For Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Prior administrative, office support, customer service, or internship experience preferred If you're interested in applying, please email your resume to Molly at !
