In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage essential administrative tasks, and support the smooth operation of our property and casualty insurance services. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help ensure efficient office operations, exceptional customer service, and accurate handling of sensitive information. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while developing your skills in office management, client communication, and insurance administration. Duties Greet clients at the front desk with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage phone calls efficiently and courteously Handle data entry tasks related to policy records, claims, and client information using Microsoft Office and specialized insurance software Maintain organized filing systems for confidential documents, policies, and client records Support calendar management for appointments, meetings, and deadlines to ensure timely follow-up Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally Support office management tasks including supply ordering, document preparation, and general clerical duties Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion at all times Collaborate with manager and underwriters to improve office workflows and client communication processes Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong typing skills Excellent phone etiquette Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing and data entry Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Office management experience including calendar coordination Familiarity with property and casualty insurance terminology is required Strong computer literacy combined with excellent time management skills Join us in creating a welcoming environment where your administrative expertise makes a real difference!
