We are always on the lookout for new agents and the top talent who supports them! About Role We're growing and looking for an Agent Service Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service and ability to work with web-based real estate technology platforms. The Agent Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing inbound consumer and agent inquiries (phone, mail, email), assisting agents with technology, and ensuring that all requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner. This position is at the center of office life for our agents and staff -- often acting as part traffic-cop, part cat-herder, part problem-solver -- and requires an individual who is detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating agent services tasks for leadership and agents Provide information, tech support, and resources to agents needing help Assist leadership in coordinating activities, events, and classes Maintain accurate records for various office workflows Support Director of Operations in maintaining a consistent level of day-to-day workflow, maintenance of facilities, and general office operations
Examples of Daily/Weekly Activities:
Manage mail and delivery notices Manage incoming calls and emails to agents or staff Maintain and improve the appearance of office Stock kitchen and office supplies Running weekly agent brochures sent to office for printing Assist and support Team Leader with recruiting activities Assist Market Center Administrator with reporting/workflow Act as the Primary Contact for new agents onboarding Meeting with agents who need guidance or training on our proprietary CRM or workflow Prepare training room technology for classes, events, and team meetings Weekly check-ins with Director of Operations and Agents Services in other offices Real estate experience is not required. A passion for business administration and for creating and maintaining an environment of engagement, positivity, excellence, and achievement within the office is required. We will provide plenty of initial and ongoing training. This is a nimble, fun, and energetic office growing our agent count, and pride ourselves on calling each other our KW Family!
