Job Description
We are looking for an organized Receptionist to support daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities well, and enjoys creating a smooth experience for visitors and callers. The role combines front-desk support, clerical coordination, and accurate record handling to keep the office running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide courteous assistance to callers.
- Welcome visitors and maintain a detail-focused front-office presence while supporting day-to-day reception activities.
- Prepare, update, and organize records, forms, and other administrative documents with strong attention to detail.
- Enter and maintain information in office systems accurately to support reporting and general operations.
- Coordinate routine clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, correspondence, and document distribution.
- Monitor office workflows and assist with general administrative needs to help maintain an efficient work environment.
