Administrative Assistant 12 Months -

Roanoke Springs, NC Your Day-to-Day:

Provide entry-level administrative support to a management level(s), department or group of professionals. Perform limited variety of routine administrative tasks. Follow established procedures and detailed instructions in performance of duties with limited discretion. Performs routine office duties, such as answering telephone calls and making appointments. Compose routine correspondence. Compile and analyze basic information and data for reports. Answer routine inquiries. Pick up and distribute incoming mail and faxes. Faxes outgoing documents. Maintain office supplies, and helps maintain department files. Basic typing and word processing support. Use computer software such as, spreadsheets, and graphics to produce routine and simple reports, presentations or other documents.

Who You Are:

2 years' experience Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency Applications to include - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Knowledge of how to use basic office machines such as - copier, printer, shredder, scanner. Our Safety Pledge to
