We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.   • Handle receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and managing front desk activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings, ensuring calendars remain organized.
  • Prepare and process documentation, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and address administrative needs to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Provide proactive assistance in improving office workflows and procedures.
