Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly part-time Receptionist to join our team! This energetic role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and staff while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude. As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk responsibilities, handle phone system, and support administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position offers a flexible schedule perfect for individuals looking to contribute their office management skills in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times Manage phone systems, handling calls efficiently and professionally Maintain the front desk area and common spa areas, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or professionals Provide administrative support such as copying, scanning, and organizing files Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained during all interactions Support office management tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly Helping with laundry on-site Requirements Proven experience in an office environment or as a receptionist, preferably in medical or dental settings Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Experience with front desk operations preferred Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with clerical procedures such as filing, data management, and calendar coordination Knowledge of office management practices including time management and organizational skills Personal assistant or administrative experience is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering outstanding service while supporting our vibrant team!
