Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a real estate and property organization in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position suited for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing communications, and keeping administrative processes running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a confident presence, and the ability to handle a variety of office tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-desk and administrative activities to ensure the office operates in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous assistance to callers and visitors.
  • Maintain records, enter information accurately into company databases, and keep administrative documentation up to date.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office communications to support day-to-day business needs.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence, files, and routine administrative materials.
  • Welcome guests and handle receptionist-related duties while maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment.
