Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position requires a blend of administrative experience and personal assistant capabilities, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Administrative Duties Answering phone calls and managing correspondence. Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality. Reach out to Counselor's about missing documents Send out Weekly client reports to individual counselors Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations. Check Dundalk PRP Hiring email for new employees for Rehab. Specialist and Counselors Check EVS on a weekly basis in case some uninsured clients get their insurance reinstated Reach out to therapists to ensure that all clients are compliant with medical treatment Check all fire alarms and emergency lights to ensure they are working properly Skills Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing Previous experience as a personal assistant or in customer service is highly desirable Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
